*WHAT TO EXPECT*

Team Training Day is for both new and current volunteers who want to grow, sharpen their skills, and stay aligned with the vision of The Gathering. Whether you're just getting started or have been serving for years, this day is designed to equip and encourage you in your role.

New volunteers will have a chance to learn about each role, find a team that fits them best, and get connected to the serving calendar. Afterwards, all new volunteers will be encouraged to join their new team's breakout sessions to receive hands-on training.

Current volunteers will join their coordinators for team building and hands-on training. Each coordinator will lead 2 identical breakout sessions covering what’s new in their area, practical updates, and key expectations for the upcoming Easter season.
